Check-in begins at 1:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.

CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change. If you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
VEHICLES AND OCCUPANCY
A campsite may contain only one camping unit. One tent is allowed upon approval. Parking between sites is not allowed nor is blocking the road in any way. All vehicles must remain on prepared surfaces at all times. No parking on grass or empty campsites. There is a 2 vehicle maximum at each site.
No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the park unless approved by management.
QUIET TIME
No generators, fireworks or loud music. The quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
CAMPFIRES
Wood fires are only allowed within the designated fire pits.
PETS
Pets are welcome, if kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended.
Do not feed stray or wild animals.
TRASH
Cleanliness in the park is important to everyone. All trash should be bagged and taken to the dumpster. Do not leave trash outside your trailer overnight; it can attract wildlife.
Do not place trash in fire pits or leave large items beside or in the dumpster. Improper disposal will result in a fee.
RV SEWAGE
Tennessee law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/ rubber donut). Do not flush feminine products, grease/fats, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, wet wipes, hazardous substances, syringes, or plastics down any drain/ sewer. Only use RV toilet paper.
EMERGENCY AND SAFETY
No illegal drugs. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws. No discharge or use of firearms in the park. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact management.
COMMON COURTESY
Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the park. Respect the privacy of guests. Profane, abuse, harassing, threatening language or actions is unacceptable and could result in eviction.
DAMAGE AND PERSONAL LIABILITY
Any guest or visitor that willfully or negligently damages or destroys park property, landscaping or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace the damaged items. The responsible party (s) may be evicted for willful damage.
LONG TERM GUESTS
PAYMENT in full is due upon check in.
OUTDOOR STRUCTURES
No sheds, porches, decks or utility buildings are allowed. Rvs are not to be skirted.
SUBLETTING/RENTING
Subletting or renting of an RV is prohibited
POLICY CHANGES
Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modifications may be necessary. Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice.
Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds or are not responsible for damages due to whims of mother nature!
Insurance, Theft and Liability: All activities in the campground are done at the individual's own free will, and at their own risk. CumberlandTrails RV Park and Its owner will not be responsible for any injury to guests, or loss of money/valuables of any kind. The campgrounds are monitored , but we are not responsible in the case of theft of RV, tents, or contents of any kind; nor for any damages/injuries caused by wildlife, other visitors, natural causes (i.e., tree falling, wind damage, etc.); nor for spoilage of refrigerator/freezer contents due to loss of electricity.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
By reserving a site at Cumberland Trails RV Park, you agree to abide by the policies of our campground.
